Upstream O2 Sensor Voltage Stays at Center
Hi Folks,
Do you know what is needed to correct error codes:
PO 134-Upstream O2 Sensor Voltage Stays at Center...Bad o2 sensor or wiring.
PO 401-EGR System Failure...Bad EGR,exhaust leak.
PO 455-EVAP Leak Monitor Large Leak Detected...Loose gas cap?

The EGR one will not go away until you replace it. You can get one for about $50 and it take about 15 minutes to replace it. Very easy. The fuel cap one will go away eventually if you make sure to tighten the cap a few clicks. Once those are taken care of have the computer reset at Auto Zone or the like. Then drive it around. If your PO134 comes back then in all lkelyhood you need a new sensor. It should be pretty easy to change that too. You will just need a big wrench (21mm I think) and some elbow grease. You can interlock combo wrenches to get added leverage if you need to.
