hidden winch? removable winch mounts?

I would like to install a winch, but I don't want a 'huge' grille guard covering up the front end. Do any companies make a hidden winch, or less obvious mount, for the 02-03 Ram 1500? I've seen them on Ford trucks/suvs and it looks pretty sweet. Also, i've seen removable winch mounts for other vehicles....does anyone have one installed on there Ram?
