Does anyone know why a Rockford Fosgate receiver won't work in a 2001 Intrepid ES? I've installed several stereos before, and all the wires are spliced and tested for continuity, but absolutely NO sound comes out of any the speakers. The receiver has power, and I can't figure this one out at all. Plus, that purple wire going to the factory reciever doesn't match up with anything I can find with the receiver. I've tried tying it to the remote lead from the fosgate, but still nothing. PLease, any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks.
