Who can help me with a uconnect problem

I have a factory installed uconnect system. Unfortunately i cannot
start the System and i dont know whats wrong.

When i push the phone button the radio does not mute.
The green light in the mirror is always off.
Only in EVIC i see after pushing the phone button i see "uconnect is active"

There is a TSB on this take it to the dealer
they should fix it under warranty

Make sure the phone is paired with uconnect. Your phone should say Uconnect on the discovered Bluetooth devices screen. Also the car will ask you to name your phone and set a priority. This is needed when more than one bluetooth phone is paired with the car.

I have the same problem.

When I push the UConnect button nothing happens.

But, when I am driving I press it and the icons flash between Voice and Help.
Then the system exits back to the radio.

Negative.

I guess I will have to get it fixed at the dealership.

I thought someone on here would have a quick fix solution. But, the dealership seems the only option. I know its under warranty, so it will be free. But, I don't really have time to go out there anytime soon.
