2004 Dodge Stratus SE Sedan Navigation

I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus SE Sedan that did not come with the navigation module that tells the temp outside, direction, etc... I have been told by Dodge that if it did not come with it, you can't add it due to no proper wiring harness. Does anyone know of any after market units that can be installed that will do all of this, look like it was meant to be there and where to get one? Any help is appreciated.

i know that inthe 01-early 03 models that they wires were there and all you had to do was plug and go. im not toally sure when they did a revamp mid 03 what happened.
