I recently purchased an '04 Intrepid (my third) after being hit head on by a kamikaze blue hair in my '01. My biggest problem is finding what parts I need to install a complete MOPAR based OEM cruise control. MOPAR doesn't make a kit, and most of the dealers I've contacted don't seem to be too intent on helping find all the parts necessary to make it happen. Kinda floors me, too, since I bought the extended service plan and would rather spend a bit more to keep the car all OEM rather than have some aftermarket butcher it, you'd think they'd want the busines... Go figure.

You're fortunate that Dodge makes an aftermarket kit to install the cruise on your Dakota... Dodge doesn't make a kit for the Intrepid. You have to buy individual parts, have them installed at the dealer, then set up to work by programming the ECM.
