I've tried everything, My truck has a 440 wedge and it's sitting on 38's, so it's a little difficult to get in and work on...but, I've replaced the alternator, volt. reg., starter relay, coil, ballast resistor. I've been having electrical problems for a while now. I have the dash torn up. I was messing around and finally got power somehow?? not sure what I did but everything but the spark was working. Then is quit. I can't turn it over with the key but I can cross the relay and it will turn over. I so far can't find any fusable links. Are they all together in one place or what? Any how, I just can't get it to work...I've taken the fuse block off the firewall, cleaned and put it back, I've unplugged most everything in the cab and cleaned and replaced it. Can anyone think of something?

You check you engine grounds? has to be grounded to the body or frame somewhere.
Also, there could be a bad connection in the firewall plug still, where the main power wire come into the cab. On my Club Cab it got to the point where unplugging and plugging it back up didn't help, had to bypass the plug with the main power wire and just splice in a piece of 8-gauge wire through a hole in the cab right next to the plug.

I'll check on the ground. I get power from the bulkhead into the cab-I believe the main power goes straight to the ampmeter right? That is hot.

Eureka! I have power! Now no spark. Bad Control Module? Everything but that has been changed.
