1998 Dodge Caravan heater not hot! HELP!

My wife has a 1998 Dodge Caravan with the 3.0 engine. About 2 months ago I put a new water pump on,and new thermostat. About a week ago my wife noticed that the heat was getting cooler and cooler. Now there is none. Could this be the new thermostat sticking or could it be the heater core?
Anyways its colder than HELL out there and my wife has to travel 30 miles back and forth to work everyday. :help:

Whats the temp gauge read?

I would check the coolant level first, make sure u have some in there.

My old Shadow did that when it blew a head gasket.

The heater core could be clooged,but there is a valve on the heater core hose that is vacuum operated and it could not be working have it checked.
