Yesterday my 96 T & C threw code P0715 "Input/Turbine Speed Sensor A Circuit Malfunction"

What is that and how can I fix it? I was also unabe to reset the "check engine" light.

This van has the 3.8 engine.

The speed sensor is on your tranny, externally mounted, but I'm not sure where. There's a guy on this board, donald7150, who works for a dealership, and is cool about posting diagrams from the shop manual, so perhaps send him a personal message and see if he can help.

I've got a 96 T & C with the 3.8, too. 311,000 miles and counting.

Thanks for the info Rick. I took the van to my trusted tranny shop and they were unable to detect a problem with the sensor. They cleaned the plug and sent me on my way for 0$.
