Does anyone have any experience with the repair of badly rusted shock towers? I have a 98 Caravan on which the shock towers are so badly rusted that there are holes right through them. Does Chrysler have any hidden warranties to fix this problem. My dealer says that Chrysler have a "fix" for the repair that includes welding a "cover" over the existing towers. That tells me that the problem is so bad that Chrysler had to come up with a fix. It also says that there MIGHT be a hidden warranty thet will cover the cost, or part of the cost, of the repair. Has anyone had any experience with this problem??
