where would you get a shifter for these trucks from?

shifting in my truck is a really long throw.. and i was wondering if there was any aftermarket places that carry shifters for our trucks.. mines just a standard 4 speed..

I can't find anything for a 4 wheel drive or a 2 wheel drive Dodge.
I don't know if it needs to anchor on the tailshaft or what the deal is.
There are plenty of shifters for the new trucks, but they are a completely different animal.
