buying winter tires,what rims and size

Dodge Grand Caravan, 1996, 3.3l
now I have there pretty worn all season P215/65R15
are there any other choices?
I`v noticed on some similar vehicles 205/75R14, friend told me to use 205/70R15 (for these I would have offer 560CAD all included (bal,install,tax).
So what should/could I use.

There is very little difference in the height of either the 205/70/15 at 26 inches and the 215/65/15 at 26.4 inches, so it wouldnt make much difference as far as your speedometer goes, but the 205 is a little narrow compared to the 215, but also the 205 would most likely be cheaper

what about those 205/75R14, they are closer match by diameter ( 26.1"), but will they fit on hub of Grand Caravan?
I saw them yesterday on some Voyagers.
