will fit with different motor mounts and bell housing. May need some other small items to finish install.

If the 440 came out of a car you'll need a truck oil pan. If it came out of a van, you'll need a 'normal' dip stick.
You'll also need springs for the added weight of the 440. And you will also need a big block bell housing, as small blocks bolt pattern is different.

as far as springs go, 3/4 ton front springs would probably work.

there is nothing like pulling up to a light in a Big block mid 70s dodge truck or a 4x2 Ramcharger! and blowing the doors off of the guy in the other lane.Try wwwbouchillonperformance.com. they will have a lot of the small stuff .

I have a year to work on it before I get my license but I probably should try to get it done asap to work all the problems out. Hopefully it will help me pick up some chicks too :D

if you want it to attract attention(i.e., chicks) , put an r/t or cuda style hood on it. i've had my 72 since i was 17, i'm 22 now. i put my r/t hood on last year, and have got more attention and comments from every body than the whole rest of the time i had the truck. i even had a guy chase me down in greenville in a pt cruiser, wanting to buy it.
