I installed a set of 9006 HID plug and play kit with a no relay setup on my Charger. The lights turn on with no problem when the engine is off but when I try to turn on the lights with the engine on, it only flickers and goes out. I'm wondering if anyone else has this same problem. PLEASE HELP!!
