Before filling up next time, at 1/3 tank of fuel or less throw in a couple GOOD fuel injector cleaners and drive around 50 miles. I used one every tank of fuel with my 2.5L TBI spirit and it lasted 261 000miles before I sold it for parts! The fuel management's different with the stratus 2.5L since they're DOHC engines, but the FI cleaners helped my idle quite a bit. If that doesn't work or help (give it a couple weeks), take it to the dealer and they should be able to do something to help your rough idle problem out. I'm not sure if your engine has a TPS and/or IAC or not (throttle position/idle sensors), but if it does replace those sensors (runs about $25-35 each), it should help the idle quality.
