I have a problem with my '96 Dodge Neon. It starts up fine and will go about half a block and stalls. The idiot lights in the dash cluster do not come on at all. I have had it checked out by a mechanic who used to work for a local Dodge dealer. He checked every connection in the dash, steering column, ignition & everything under the hood. Nothing found. We thought it was the computer but I have connected another to it with the same results. Tried another fuel pump relay tonight with same results. It is like the gas is cut off and when you wait approximately 25 seconds there are some beeps from the area of the aftermarket stereo and then it will start up again. HELP!
