that can reduce the temps in your raditor by up to 30 degrees - simply by pouring it in...
(I use it in my gas engine - works great)

I've been using "water wetter" for years in my gassers. Any idea what the difference is for diesel vs gas?
By the bye, TransAm race cars are forbidden to use glycol coolant additives (something about hitting the wall...) and have used water wetter and plain water for years (at about 25 psi water pressure!).

How do you use such a product ? Do you open the radiator cap and pour the Water Wetter in or can you dump the Water Wetter in the overflow bottle by the radiator ?

I've always poured it straight in the raditor
take off the cap and pour right in ...

I have never had a problem with my ISB running hot...in fact, the water temp has never gone above 190, even while working it. I have also never heard of any other Cummins having probs running hot. I always had probs with my 5.9L gasser running hot...just my .02;)

I was able to purchase some Water Wetter, and this stuff does work as advertised.
I am a real skeptic when it comes to products like this, but after using it for a week (with a couple of days in 30+ weather, a/c on), I can say Water Wetter is awesome.
Thanks for bringing the topic up ! :D :D :D

For myself, and perhaps others, wondering where you can get it... is it available at stores like Autozone, Pep Boys, etc., or is it a specialty item that is available only through distributors, or are there websites that it can be ordered from?
