Start with the easy stuff first. Use your owners manual or a Haynes/Chilton/shop manual to locate the fuse for the wiper motor. It might also have a relay you can look for in the same way. If both of those check out, pop the interior panel off the rear hatch, disconnnect the motor, and check voltage at the connector. If you're getting good power to the motor, replace the motor.
