I have a '98 Grand Caravan Sport that pulls left. I have had the wheels aligned a few times but it doesn't seem to help. I always thought it was my imagination, but it seems to have gotten worse in the last year ( or my imagination is taking over :D ). Any thoughts or suggestions?

I had the same problem with my 96, and a local shop diagnosed it as a bad CV shaft. They put in a new one, and I still had the problem. They were thinking the engine cradle (which also supports the steering rack, etc.) had been bent somehow, but just for grins, they checked out the new CV shaft, and sure enough they'd gotten a bad one. Put in another at no charge and all was well.
If you want to confirm the problem as being with suspension parts, you could rotate your front tires side to side and see what happens. If the pull turns neutral or actually shifts to a right side pull, you just need a couple of new tires. Otherwise, I'd have them look at your CV shaft.
Good luck.

I had the same problem and replaced both the passenger half shaft and the drivers caliper. Problem is gone. I too had it aligned several times and new tires in front all to no avail.
