My Grand Caravan ES 3.8 has a ringing sound coming from somewhere in the engine bay, more pronounced when the van is in gear. Does that sound like an accessory pulley noise or engine bearings?

Timing chain, It sounds like jingle bells right? On mine it was chain, guides and I think the tensioner. If you listen alot of the older Caravans did this.

I was told that it wouldn't be a problem but I still had it fixed. It will come back in time but... it's up to you.
