Does anyone know how may quarts of fluid is needed for a fluid and filter change for a 2002 Neon and is AMSOIL Synthetic ATF okay to use?

Just replaced the trans fluid in my 2000, and it will take about 9 Quarts. The CORRECT fluid to use is ATF+4. This is a synthetic fluid and available at any Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep dealer.
