2001 Chrysler T/C Error Codes 100.3, 100.6

My Chrysler won't start and I think 100.3 and 100.7 are the error codes.
Most of the posts I've found don't list codes like these?

I had the battery checked and it is ok.
It clicks when you try to start it but not at the starter.
It only has 52,000 miles on it.

Any help would be appreciated.
