I was sitting here and was wondering about the 06 RT Hemi.

I know that our 05's will only top out at about appx. 120 mph.

Did the new 6.1L have a higher top end speed?

Not that my wife would let me drive that fast anyway (if she caught me), I was just wondering.

Not sure about the 06's but I'm betting the American models have the same 127ish speed limit.
The SRT8 tops out at 173 I do believe.

I have an 06 Charger that has gone as fast as 145 and that was fast enough for me with the roads we have.
