is it the DOHC engine or the SOCH engine? being a sport its probably the twin cam, but you should definetly find out what engine you have before ordering parts, lol. Check your VIN number. that will tell you which engine you have. If you have a "C" in your VIN its the SOHC, if you have a "Y" its the DOHC.... I think, somfin like that anyway. Or if you know what your lookin at you could just look under the hood, hehe.

Its the DOHC, I dont wanna spend much money on it.. but if theres a few things I can do to it I will. :) For looks, Im def gonna change the headlights.. thats about the only thing I dont like about the older neons is the headlights.
But yah if theres anything you can do to the engine right now or whatever just let me know. maybe some web pages for parts or something to?

Hell Neons both dohc and sohc actually have a pretty good platform for engine mods, they have everything from stroker kits to CAI, cam gears, underdrive pullys, headers, cams, pistons, lager valves, turbo kits, ext ext ext..................

I have been trying to find out which header is better for my 2005 SX SOHC 2.0L

I was told the pace setter ones rust quickly. and found out today the Mopar one is discontinued. I saw Tusdo makes one but it is not listed on the website for them. Any ideas, this 4 cylinder stuff to me is all new after spending years driving V8's and modded V6 cars.

I have a Pacesetter header and it has been on my car a lil over 9 months and it is just fine so I don't see a problem with them
