1999 plymouth breeze tune up

:dunno: the wife has this 99 plymouth breeze. we would like to change the fuel filter, and do a major tune up. do we need a new distributor cap and rotor, and plugs also...it is the 2.o liter engine. where might the fuel filter be. is there specail instructions to take it out ??? thanks kennybopaloo....

How many miles on the Breeze. The 2.0 and 2.4 usually need their spark plugs changed every 30,000 I've heard.
