go or no go on ctd

Hi,
I'm looking at a 1990 250 ,AT, 4x4 cummins ram.It has 169,000 miles. It needs new front u joints and a new front drive shaft.The paint looks like typical 15 year old dodge paint. It also has fender well rust and rust on rockers but nothing to serious.I havent got a price on the truck yet but roughly what should the man be asking.

CTD 3/4 ton 4x4s can go for some big bucks. Rust is normal. I mean come on, its an older Dodge! :D And believe it or not, 170k can be considered "low mileage", especially for the CTD, it'll run forever. Price it on Kelly Blue Book and you should expect anything less than their numbers..
