I have a 93 Dodge B150 3.9L van. I replaced the Fuel pump but dont have any voltage to pump with the key on. I then noticed a double relay by the battery below the brake can mounted on the fire wall, randomly with key on it would chatter and I would get the voltage back at the fuel pump then it shuts off. I still cant start van and get no fuel, any ideas where I can go from here?

Replace the double relay. These are your fuel pump relay and Auto Shut-down Relay

I'm not that familiar with the 3.9L but you should have a pickup asm in the distribtor and/or a crankshaft position sensor on the bellhousing. If either of these are bad or intermittent or their wiring is marginal the computer will not see a proper pulse signal and will shut down the ASD relay. This will disable both spark and fuel. That's where I would head next.

Thanks everyone for the replys, I found that my ECM went bad and I have to replace it. Anyone know if I have to use my old chip or do I just swap out the ECM and it should run?

As far as I know there are NO replaceable chips on that computer. Just make sure you get the exact same part number on the replacement computer.
