revs up while shifting into o/d

when it shifts into o/d the engene revs a little. it has fresh tranny fluid. just bought it about a month ago so i don't know how long it's been doing it.

its a 2001 4x4 5.9L with 70,000 on the clock. any sugestions? :help:
