My front wipers just go and go and go. I have to manually unplug them to get them to quit. I can, however, adjust the speed of the wipers when plugged in - I just can't turn them off. Any suggestions?

By the way - it's a '95 Caravan (with much rust on the roof)

You need to reset the computer. Disconnect the battery for a half hour or so, then reconnect it. I had this happen to my '92 plymouth.
I didn't fix it right, I became antsy, and hooked the battery up backwards for a split second. This can do alot of damage. It just happened to work for me, but I got lucky. So don't try it.

I had the same problem with -96 T&C. The wipers even kept going on when I removed the keys. The fault was broken wiper relay. There's two relays for wipers. I changed both of them and the problem was gone.
