I was having trouble with the fan running when the van was shutoff in the garage. So after breaking out the Chilton's book I replace the fan relay. it works well its three months later and the fans are running again when the van is shutoff any suggestions of what to do next?

Funny, most people have the opposite problem with the relay not turning on the fans when its supposed to.
The first thing I would suggest is going someplace to get your trouble codes read with a diagnostic scanner. Most auto parts stores these days will perform this service for free. Auto Zone and Advance do it around here. Something is telling the relay that the coolant is hot. This suggests a problem with a coolant temp sensor or maybe something in the air conditioner circuit. I think either one of these would give you a fault code that the scanner would reveal.
You might also have an anomaly in the body control module that can be cleared by resetting the module. You do this by disconnecting the negative battery cable for about five minutes and reconnecting.
If you end up having to put in another relay, make sure you clean the surface you're mounting it to, and secure it tightly with the screws provided. The relay is supposed to ground itself to the frame rail you mount it on, and you might have just not gotten a good ground when the new one was put in three months ago.

Had to replace the screws with 2 bolts and now that its grounded it works fine thanks :D
