Power door lock problem

Hello all. I just purchased a 2002 Intrepid today. Love the lines of the car. Beautiful!
The problem:
I've noticed a problem with the power lock on the driver door. All other doors lock but this one will not. In fact, it won't lock at all. Does anyone know if I need to remove all the door paneling to get inside or is there something way too easy for me to see that can be done?

ok, never mind. I figure since all the other doors work, the actuator in the driver's door is the problem. I'm going to attempt to replace it this weekend. Wish me luck. Never tried it before but think I'll be ok.
Anyone with advice?

it turned out not to be the actuator. I could hear the "engine" turning when I hit the power switch. I got the door panel off, and it ended up being the rod for the inside door handle blocking the rod from the actual lock button up by the window. I straightened the rod just a tad and "tah da" there it was. Minus some serious sweating and some cussing I managed to get it fixed without spending a cent!! Awesome!
