I have a 95 caravan. It has been running fine for the past few year. But 4 months ago, it started having some water spraying out with the exhaust gas in the tailpipe when I start the engine during the day, especially in the morning. Can someone tell me what I should do? Thanks.

Get a leakdown test done, and a coolant pressure test. Any garage can do these, and it will tell you if you have any major problems.
With any luck, it's just condensation.
Worst-case scenario is you need a new engine because a water jacket has cracked and coolant is leaking into the cylinders. Slightly less disastrous would be a cracked cylinder head, or a blown head gasket.
