no antenna cover ?

I remember on my Ram Truck, there was a black plastic cover that went around the antenna

I even remember an old Dodge commercial, when the RAMs first came out that had some guy in the wind tunnel with one (talking aerodynamics and sound quality) and he slipped one of those on the antenna)

I thought maybe the former owner took it off or lost it or whatever, but I haven't noticed it on any Ram Van in the area

anyone else know what I'm talking about ????

I don't have a cover on my '94.

Can you post a pic of the antenna on your van? I can compare it to mine.

That's interesting...somewhere along the line they moved the antenna back onto the fender. My antenna mounts on the cowl (in other words my antenna comes up out of the black plastic cowl cover). I still don't have a cover, but the cowl cover does mask that antenna mount a bit.

Hey, since your antenna sits out on the fender, I wonder if an antenna cover from a Ram would fit????
