Has anyone seen these yet?The amazing Comp Cams XFI 273 camshaft yielded it's most significant horsepower increases over 4500 rpm generating 61 more horsepower than the stock Hemi 5.7-liter engine. Has anyone tried these? Also how much are we talking for instalation or can it be done by yourself? Thanks.

Change the lifters and MDS will go away.
I'm leaning towards using the 6.1 cam, heads and intake on my 5.7.

not meaning to be an a$$hole, but if you ask that kind of a question I wouldn't even think of doing a cam swap on my own. A cam swap would cost about $450-500 depending on the complexity, i.e. if the cam can be pulled out the front of the motor while still in the car. If they have to drop the motor then $$$ go way up.
If you are going to change the cam, you should chosse a cam that retains stock lifters but you will probably need to change the push rods.
Unless you ahve a lot of money I wouldn't suggest any internal modifications, because once you take off the valve covers you will never stop. LOL
