Getting no charge

I have a 93 intrepid 3.3.I've replaced my alternator and still getting no charge to my battery.Is there anything else that i should look for, like a fuse and where is it.I also been told it could be the computer thats doing it.I had the alternator checked and it puts out a charge. I need help. Jim

Just to let you know. I had my computer changed for $150.00 and and my battery is getting a charge now. Jim

The computer is also the voltage regulator. It may have gotten spiked when the alternator failed.....................
