hello again everyone.
Got a question for you guys.
When I purchased my neon a couple weeks ago...I noticed the air cond. wasn't working. I found that the lines coming from the firewall to the compressor had a hole in them. I replaced them, added new coolant, and waited for some nice cool air. Nuttin!!! I checked all the fuses and relays, and made sure the dash switch was working. It doesnt appear that the clutch is moving at all. I tried a jumper wire but had some difficulty getting it to work. Any ideas on what to do next? My little girl hates hot weather and the trip from the sitters back home is.....trying.

You may need to look into another compressor if yours isnt working!
It may have burnt up due to the hole in the lines I believe there is some oil cirulating in those lines to keep it smooth.I may be wrong! You did recharge the system with 134R coolant didnt you? Im not much help here but I try. I would go to a junk yard and try to find a new A/C compressor off the newest 2.0 dodge I could find! Thats just me, I really dont like the A/C that much to worry about mine So I never recharged it and just left off the belt. GOOD LUCK WITH IT. LATER!
