Door Ajar Problems

I have a very annoying problem with our 1999 Dodge Caravan. The doors are securly closed but the door ajar chime and auto lock are constant. How do I fix/disconnect this?

I understand there may be a "door ajar sensor", but I don't know where they are located or how to check if they are misaligned/broken/etc.

Can anyone help me? The problem is relatively constant and the dealer does not know how to fix this.

Maybe you could disconnect each door switch individually and see if one of those are causing the problem, in both front doors and sliding doors they are mounted on the body at the back of each door and are attached my one phillips screw, the trunk switch is built into the latch, to disconnect that involves removing the hatch panel

I hada promblem with the door ajar staying on. I had to shim the door switch out a eighith of an inch.
