According to a report in this month's "Popular Mechanics" - DC will discontinue the curent Neon design in '05 and adopt the Mitsu chassis.

Seems since Mitsu is part of DC now, - to help save costs - they will use a common design to allow both brands of cars (Dodge and Mitsu) to build cars on the same assembly line.

Yeah, I heard that, too. Supposed to be on the Mitsu Lancer platform. Shame they had to use the name Lancer on a car like that!!

it might work out, don't for get the long running coexsistance of the DSM's (eclipse, Talon,(laser)) up to 98 those were some bad a$$ packages
