There is a kit that does just that available right from Mopar. It sounds pretty good IMO.

I added a k&n intake/filter, mopar computer, msd wires, platnum 2 bosh plugs, and with the stock exhaust it has a low rasp, sounds like a 944. I get alot of coments about it sounding like a 6 cyl. I have a hedmen header and flomaster exh on the way, with the mods above i get 30 mpg. I did basic belt change, pcv and throttle body clean also.

Also, it seems to me those K&N intakes kipt 2 gen, deals, they are a pain to install, you will have to move things around a bit and mod the air box to get it to fit, I had alot of cutting to do.

You should try Modern Performance (http://www.modernperformance.com) and their exhaust system. I heard the system w/out the car sounds F****ing amazing!! It has lots of cracks and pops to it! Here's the link (http://www.modernperformance.com/dcx/mpx_3inch_exhaust.shtml) if you wanna check it out! :rck:
