installing pilot foglights

Ok im going with the pilot foglights. I should be able to get them at my local autozone. 25 bucks each and like 55 watt bulb. Comes with everything i need to install them. But my question is how would I Install them? I know someone who does minor repairs and stuff on cars, could he put them in for me? Thanks guys!

Are those the big round lights(the ones I am thinking of are like 6" round).

Foglights actually are rather easy to install but if you choose not to do it yourself please find someone who has installed them before.

I put two of the big lighs in a Civic and it only took about 35 min including the adjusting

I am more of a fan of Round lights but unless you have a aftermarket frontend that will allow a round light then your best bet will be to go with the lights like on the Yellow car. These are the lights I origionally thought ya was looking at, I have ordered this front end and lights for my Neon (instead of on a Civic like pictured)

ok do u know where i could get some? I know the dealer but thewy will charge an arm and a leg right? I know autozone has pilots. Do u know like any websites maybe that i can get lights like on the yellow car?

You won't get any 'factory replcaement' 2nd gen lights....and I doubt anyone will bother to make them because of the limited use. You might be better off to see what kind of room you have after removing the old ones (do you have old ones?) or finding a set in a wreckers.

nope i dont have any old ones. last neon just had headlights (95). Well ill kmeep looking and see what I can do.

Hey just thought I would let ya know that Monday we are taking the front end off of a 2000 Neon to put an aftermarket fonrt end on it and he said if any of us want anything (including the driving lights) that won't be going back on then we can have it, so i will try and get them lights for ya if you are interested. I should have first choice becuase I am the one doing the change over

Yeah I will ship them, let me get done with the car (it won't be in till monday and after painting the new front end and putting it on I should know how much and everything by Thursday so I will let ya know
