I recently purchased a 1974 D200. I am trying to locate a bolt on overdrive for the 3 speed automatic.... any ideas ???

It might be easier, and cheaper, to swap in the A-518 Torqueflite. You'd want the A-518 built prior to '96 or '97 because those are electronic controlled.

are there any options for taller gearing/overdrive in the 4 spd. manual (225)?
thank you

Technically the 4spd. is an OD transmission. What rear end gearing are you running now?

I don't know that- she's an '85 W150 with the "granny" first gear. I'm planning on driving cross-country with her and was hoping to prep for 75mph speeds.

Find you a 3.23 geared rear end to swap in. You'll need a new speedo gear to go with it so your speedo reads right. I got about 18mpg on the highway in my 72 with a 318 3-spd manual.

Is this the same for me? I have a full time 4x4, I'd need the front and rear gears right?

yeah if you are 4x4 you'll need the front and rear. Gattboy, same for you since you are 4x4.
