Interesting idea. I thought about this idea a loooong time ago when the SRT4 first came out. I dunno if any of the parts will fit into the base Caravan 2.4L...but who knows??

I doubt the brakes would work...but I think everything else should...

Not so sure about that, faterotong. The brakes on the 4-cylinder minivans are Neon-based, so this might be the one sure thing they do have in common.

The brakes are Neon-based? Are all the mounting points for the calipers and rotors (to the hub) identical? Can they be switched? I have a couple of ideas floating around in my head and this is one of them....

There was a thread on here about a member who put the SRT 4 engine performance parts on a Jeep Wrangler w/ a 2.4. It all worked, but he was having trouble finding a spot to mount the intercooler. If you turbo up a minivan you will be the talk of the site. I highly encourage you to pursue this.

If I could only find a shop that has ppl crazy enough to perform this modification. I cannot tell you how many times I've been laughed out of shops for telling them about this idea...

I'll ask over at allpar...I know the brakes are Neon based but I doubt the spindles and hubs are the same....Either way, I woudln't want the SRT-4 brakes on it. I'd go with a new setup from somebody like WIllwood or StopTech or somethingl ike that...I dunno though.

If the hub and spindle design are similar and the mounting points for the caliper and rotor are the same, then purchasing aftermarket brakes will be as easy as bolting them in like you would an SRT4...
