is there somthin about me that makes you wanna race or somthin? i have a 2004 yamaha R6 and just about everytime i go out riding there is at least 3-4 of you out there that wanna race. granted its a nice car and i give it credit but you just don't have the power to take a motorcycle. hell i had one guy talkin all kinds of trash about all the upgrades he had done and it sounded nice, he popped the hood also (just to prove he wasn't talkin trash) anyway he wouldnt shut up so i called him out (because i knew thats what he wanted and i wanted to shut him up) so first run was heads up, he had no chance. he wanted 2 outta 3 so i say fine you go 2 cars out and the move. we line up and i guess this time he decides to spray (didn't know he ha juice til he purged) he takes off and i walk him down like he was sittin still. needless to say i haven't seen him since
this should probablly be in the street racing but i figured more of you would see it here...if you want to move mods, then do so

LOL, yeah I don't know what people think. Just run some quick hp/weight calculations in your head and its pretty easy to figure out that you (the car) is not going to win.

Don't be surprised if you encounter an SRT-4 that will make you think your bike wasn't running properly. Not saying it will happen, but it could very easily with a properly modded car.

i i know all too well about certain people giving a group a bad name...i got a sport bike lol...thats why i don't judge until they prove me otherwise, which just under half of the srt4's i run into do. i think i hove more respect for those that dont screw around. oh well i guess i will just have to keep puttin the idiots in there place lol

you could mod your SRT-4 all you want and would probably still lose, its all HP to weight ratio. Against an R1 there would be no mods possible to beat. Not even the ME412 has the HP to weight ratio of an R1

I have the opposite problem. Whenever I go out in my SRT4 it seems like every 18 - 21 year old with his daddys Opel, BMW 3er, or VW Golf wants to race me. My son even tells me that kids in his school claim to have raced and beat me on their 50 CC mopeds!!

i spanked a harley in my grand prix gtp. don't say i don't know their performance because i do everyone of my ucles owns at least 2 they are all slow except my uncles v-rod which he had about 12 grand worth of custom engine work done to the bike screws. my other uncle has a 1550 in his heritage the bike moves good but still won't keep up with my close to stock honda valkyrie( 800+lb bike with a 6cyl. engine.)
not knocking harley's but they are slow unless you dump major cash. I"m actually contimplating buying one just because i'm sick of loosing money on jap bikes.

I may as well put my oppinion up here too . I dont think any srt moded too the max will out run a bike,There is no comparison to hp to weight. If the top speed on the bike is around 120 or so the srt should be able to pass it on the interstate.That being the only way. OR if the bikes rider really sucked. I think it would be safe to say the from 0-85 my 250 quadracer would beat an srt but after 85-90 mph im done and the srt would peel off my clothes when he passed me by.

There are some bikes that can easily run 180 mph. A few simple mods and they can run 200+. Stock for stock, or modded for modded, the bike will always win.

But I also own an 02 WRX..and I can attest to the kid factor on both the WRX and STR-4. You drive a car with a rep for being quick or fast and most kids wants to prove something.
By the way..on the NASIOC forum the SRT-4 gets props for being the fa5rt..(in a straight line).
My Rex is a stage 4 290 AWHP. which works out to about 350-360 at the crank. :cool: It's fun to drive.
only 275!? is that at the wheel or crank? lol i got a buddy that has a little over 300 at the wheel...it was a nice run but since i couldn't hear the bike i don't know if he downshifted or just gunned it (looks like he gunned it) now run those two from a stop and see who wins lol...nice try busa
