Where's the ECU on the '04 Hemi Durango?

I want to try to install a chip, but I can't even See the ECU. Is it mounted to the passenger side inner front fender next to the battery? Does anyone have a sketch or photo of how it is mounted in the engine bay? Someone suggested removing the right front wheel and the inner plastic fender, replacing the plastic pop rivets. Is this how to do it, or should I try to remove the battery and battery tray? It looks like a lot of work just to get to the ECU, but for 20hp, it oughta be worth it. Any help from someone who has actually installed a jetchip or other chip will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :cool:

I removed tried removing the battery tray to install the chip and it was disastourous!!!( at least for me) Then i stared at my truck and had the stroke of genius to remove the wheel and the plastic lining. It was smooth sailing for me after that!!!!!
