Does anyone know if the transponder keys with the integrated 4 button remote for the 04-05 300 and 04-06 Pacifica can be programmed for an 04 SRT-4 or 04 Neon?

Unfortunately, It's not possible. Mopar keys and fobs have part numbers specific to the vehicle they are made for. Many of the keys look alike, but they are not. The only key that will work for you car is the Century key.
