This looks to be an early 50's "Pilothouse" era Dodge truck...B-series. Perhaps a B-2?

It looks like a "Pilothouse" 1950 - 1952. 1952 was the last year of the "Pilothouse" design. Inline 6 engine runs about 185 hp. It would also have a 5 speed trans.(4speed with a "Granny" gear) Looks restorable if it's all there! P.S. The glass is all straight/ flat, so if you do get it, the windows & moldings will be easy to replace!
Also, if it has been sitting there for 5 years or more, you can apply for title if you buy it(Indiana law) here we have a law enforcement check it for a small fee to clear it for title. I hope this gets you some info.

Restore the cab, put in a nice woody flat bed on the rear frame, chrome the rims, drop a big 440 under the hood and have dual exhaust come up behind each side of the cab. Then, paint it fire truck deep red, and black on everything else.

I would keep the dually tires too.

Ah, if money was no object.

Pilothouse designs kept going in Australia until about 1960, by the way...

This one is a '60 model:

Yeah, I would swing over and ask if its for sale. There's a Chevy one like that down the road with some well drilling rig stuff on it. I would maybe drop a diesel in there of some sort. Nice hauler or camping rig to haul a boat or trailer with.

I would actually restore it AS IS. It would look GREAT and be a big hit at all the car shows since it's so different (yet still all original).

Hook a Furd or Chivy truck to the back and show off!!!:rck:
