I saw on the Howell Automotive websight a listing for an SRT style front bumper cover for the 2000-2002 neons. It said that to use on 2000-2002 cars that you would have to use 03-04 headlights. It also said to use on non-SRT cars you would have to use an SRT hood. What I would like to know is how difficult is the swap to 03-04 headlights and if I can use a 00-02 hood or is an SRT hood required. Has anybody tried the headlight swap. My 02 needs both headlights replaced and would like to know if this is a bolt-on swap or not.

you can use the stock 2k2 hood ... however the SRT hood is longer and wrapps more. so you may .. MAY have a small gap there. Headlight swap ... pull old ones out put new ones in .

I dont know anything about the swapping stuff. I have a 1st gen ACR, But I just wanted to comment on what you are doing to your car DAK1. I dont want to start a war here but why OH WHY do people want to make their neons look like an SRT-4.
They dont run like an SRT (MOST DONT) anyhow Im not sure what mods you have done to your 02 but wouldnt it suck for someone to think that they just out ran your
SRT in a Grand am!!! To each his own,and which ever route you decide to take I hope it turns out and looks good! PEACE!
