gauges flashing

After I ran the batery down, shorted or blew several fuses and replaced the atlernator. then recharged batery, replaced fuses - all the dash gauges needles are bouncing all over the place, the milage meter flashes and the seat belt light blinks. Does anyone have an ideal what is going on and what to fix?

Try going under the hood and pulling the IOD fuse in the fuse center for about 20 seconds and then reinsert and see if it helps any .
