I know it isnt an intrepid but it is the same car! I was wondering if anyone knows of a particular problem where the passenger floor gets wet during rain storms in Intrepids/Concorde?? We have a 2000 Concorde and I noticed that the passenger floor was pretty wet after a heavy rain storm this weekend. The moonroof was not open and the headline was dry so I dont think it came from there. The seat was dry as well so I am a bit puzzled by this one! Any info would be awesome!

I noticed there wasn't any replies to this. (Unfortunately) I was hoping someone might know what the problem is.
Basically it's the same scenario but in my fiance's 2002 Intrepid ES and it's the driver's side. I had initially thought it was when it was driven, maybe a hole in the floor. Now I'm thinking the water is building up somewhere and when you through the car in reverse all the water comes rushing forward to the floor.
It rained really heavy the other day, the floor was dry, it stopped raining, floor was still dry, drove off, floor is now drenched!!

Welcome to Dodgetalk!
My buddy owns a body shop so we gave the car to him for a couple days and he ended up having to re-seal the pinch welds all along to bottom of the car on drivers and passengers side. Never had a wet carpet again!
I hope that helps you!

if your cars have the sun/moon roofs, check to make sure your drains are not plugged. if you open the roof, there will be 2 drains on the front and 2 in the year. blow some air thru them. the fronts will exit on the A piller where under where the lower hinge is, the rears will drain under the rear window inside where the trunk lid is.

Thanks Scott! I appreciate the help. I guess I will have to take it down to the shop and have them look at it. The Intrepid does not have a moon/sun roof so that's not the problem. Would sound very logical though. So I appreciate that response also.
Thanks again folks!
