Hello again
We have a 2002 diesel and are about to
go into winter for the first time with a diesel. I got a set of "cold front" to help keep the cold out. They have some clips that go through the grill and expand to keep them in place. My question is. HOW DO YOU GET THEM OFF in the spring. If you have used these, please help.

Haven't really needed them myself. I live in Northwestern Ohio, and it gets fairly cold here in the winter, but have never had a problem with not getting any heat. In fact, the truck runs at normal operating temps all winter. Takes a little longer to warm up, but not too long.

If I had to guess, I would imagine that you would need to pop the hood, and open it part way to remove the cold front. You will probably need to squeeze or comress the clips from behind the grille and just push them back through. I am not real familiar with the product, but I would imagine it says something in the directions. If you bought them without directions, I imagine that the manufacturer has a website that you could inquire about getting some instructions.

Hope this helps. If not, let me know, and I will see what I can find out.
